The DMC is available 24 hours a day to support your domain name portfolio. The information below provides you with details about how to contact our Domain Management Centre for support, depending on the urgency of your enquiry and whether it is during normal hours for our support desk.

There are three BT teams that look after domain names:

For BTNET and Manged DNS customers, log into our portal at https://dmc.bt.com. Out tag ids for .co.uk domains are BTNET and BTWEBSERVICES. If you are having problems logging into your account please email dns.registration@bt.com.
For .co.uk domains with a tag id of BTNAMES, or domains that use register.com as their registrar, go to https://business.bt.com/help/article/email-domains-options/. Scroll down the screen and click the "Live chat" button for assistance. You can also contact BTNAMES via general_enquiries_dns@btconnect.com.
For .co.uk domains with a tag id of GBBOBT, please visit https://gbbo.myportalexpress.com or email btdomainssupport@register.com.
