The information below provides you with details about how to contact our Domain Management Centre for support, depending on the urgency of your enquiry and whether it is during normal hours for our support desk.

Depending on your domain, you will need to contact one of the following:

  • For BTNET and Managed DNS customers, log into our portal at https://dmc.bt.com. Our Tag IDs for .co.uk domains are BTNET and BTWEBSERVICES. If you are having problems logging into your account please email dns.registration@bt.com.
  • For .co.uk domains with a Tag ID of NSI-US or GBBOBT, or domains that use register.com as their registrar, you can contact Network Solutions via the chat option on the Contact Us link on their website https://www.networksolutions.com, in order to help gain access to your account with them and manage the domain.
